Dear Mr. Shangold: Ed is also the first name of Ed Eaton, the Solar Cooking instructor at Solar Energy International in Carbondale, Colorado. Three years after I completed 5 courses at SEI, I still owe $1,800.00+ in tuition. I'm very anxious to payoff this, and a few other similar debts. Perhaps building a large solar/zero-pollution is one way out of debt! I can sell solar baked cookies at a WINTER Solstice Celebration or at any other festival (day or night, sun or rain). This should prove the concept and earn me about $1.00 per cookie; 50-75 cents net profit per cookie, that is. Do you know of anyone who wants to design, then build a truly Zero-Pollution Eco-Cafe? All energy in this Cafe is to be 100% zero-pollution; including lighting, heating + cooling, hot-water, cooking, aquistion and delivery of food and supplies, and electricity. This can be done in an affordable and practical manner. I know how. However, I'm not a businessperson and I'm almost flat broke from chasing this very possible dream. So there it is: The cat is out of the bag, once again. Is this idea sufficiently appealing to pursue as a team? Sustainable wealth creation awaits....Gary Richard Thomas. ThwarTexT@hotmail.com P.S.- What about a Solar Lightsmith Micro-Foundary, for melting recycled aluminum cans and common recycled metals into sand-cast metal artwork? This I can build. At this time, no solar-thermal micro-foundaries exist. Remember, whatever exists is possible.
